I wanted to name these palette rings Mary Oliver, the patron saint of poetry and nature! I heard once that she hid pencils along her walking path and that she would walk and write. These have that kind of poetic soul to them, where you long to be outdoors painting.
Fill the wells with watercolor pigment and allow to dry before venturing out to paint in plein air. The rings aren't designed to fit a specific size, rather expect them to be large on your finger but that makes it so you can loop a finger through and hold it securely while you paint rather than holding a miniature palette in your palm. The rectangular rings have 3 wells for pigment and the circular rings have 5-7 wells. Where will you take yours, its very easy to pack along!
Dimensions and Care:
2"x 2" for both the circular and rectangular rings
hang on tight, if you drop it on hard ground it will most likely break.
It is easy to fill the wells, just a little dollop of paint will do.
