HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR SHOP?
Her Name Is Mud works on a collection basis, most items are made with limited availability after the initial collection launch. There are some items that remain in a core collection as the most loved items and I do I try to keep those in stock. New collections are usually released every 2 -3 months.
If there is something you fancy please let me know, I do take those requests into consideration.
ARE YOUR ITEMS FOOD SAFE?
They are indeed! All of my glazes are safe to come into contact with food. They are also microwave and dishwasher safe. Ceramic items are intended for everyday use but please take care and when in doubt err on the gentler side.
CAN I SELECT MY OWN ITEM FROM THE SHOP?
I wish you could all shop in person and chose the one you admire most but I do try very hard to have a very high standard of craftsmanship and hope it will bring you joy.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
After a collection release, all in stock items will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS OR CUSTOM ORDERS?
As my business has grown it has become difficult to accommodate custom orders and give them the time and attention they deserve. I enjoy the process of working closely with a client to create something incredibly special, so if you have a special project you are always welcome to reach out and inquire.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Not at this time, particularly with Covid still on the loose and my studio being at my home with my children close by I prefer to keep the location of my home private.
